Single-shaft woodshredder UNTHA LR 700

This wood shredder is typically used by joiners and carpenters for the reliable shredding of 4 to 12 m³ waste wood per week. The LR700 can process materials such as solid wood (logs), chipboards, veneers mixed with wood, paletts and MDF boards. The homogenous final product is perfectly suitable for heat recovery and the production of wood briquettes.

Describing the process of shredding:

In the shredding process, the hydraulically actuated swing pusher load-dependently presses the material agaist the rotor which is equipped with indexable cutters. The cutters grab the material and shred it agaist the static cutting bars and the perforated screen.
